Zamalek Doctor: El-Gaziry’s injury doesn’t require taking risks.. and Gaber will be fit for the Abu Salim match.
Mohamed Osama, head of the medical staff at Zamalek Club, spoke about the condition of the injured players within the white team before the match against Abu Salim of Libya in the Confederation.
Osama said in statements to “Al-Zamalek channel”: “Seif El-Din Al-Jaziri’s injury may require 7 to 10 days to be ready to return to play with the team, and I do not want to rush his return and his injury cannot tolerate any risk.”
He added: “Mohamed Abdel Ghani had a bruise in the lower thigh that caused severe swelling, and we tried a medical test and he is expected to return soon and be ready for the match against Abu Salim of Libya.”
He continued: “Omar Gaber’s condition has improved, and within days he will be with the team, and after ensuring his condition, he may be able to catch up with the next match against Abu Salim of Libya.”
He continued: “All Zamalek players will be ready for the match against Abu Salim of Libya except Seif El-Din Al-Jaziri and Mahmoud Alaa.”
The Zamalek team is preparing to face their counterpart, Abu Salim of Libya, on Sunday, November 26th, as part of the group stage of the African Confederation.
Days before, the Zamalek team succeeded in qualifying for the Egypt Cup final to face their traditional rival, Al-Ahly, after overcoming the obstacle of Pyramids in the semi-final on penalties.
