Graham Potter at the top of the candidates for Milan coaching position” “Milan considers Graham Potter as the top candidate for coaching position

Former Chelsea manager Graham Potter has emerged as a top candidate to coach Italian club AC Milan.

Graham Potter is still without a club after leaving Chelsea in April last year.

Italian journalist Pasquale Guarro revealed that AC Milan has placed the former Chelsea coach as their top choice for the next manager, even though he is not the only candidate being considered.

Potter coached 31 matches with Chelsea, winning 12, losing 11, and drawing 8. However, Chelsea did not win any titles under his leadership, finishing eleventh in the Premier League and being eliminated from both the FA Cup and the EFL Cup in the third round by Manchester City, while reaching the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Meanwhile, Stefano Pioli, who has spent four seasons with Milan and coached 203 matches, achieved a crucial victory against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League group stage.

Milan will face Lecce in the 12th round of the Italian league tomorrow at 3 PM.
